Eating a brain smart diet, food is medicine
- Diet plays a critical role in the inflammatory process of our gut

- Probiotic foods – good gut bugs – live cultured yogurt, kimchi, kefir, sauerkraut
- Prebiotic foods – feeds the good gut bugs! (asparagus, garlic, onion, leeks, jicama)
